Clarence Chandler Obituary
Msgt. Clarence C. Chandler of Grandview, Mo., passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on March 21, 2008, on Good Friday. He was preceded in death by Mr. and Mrs. Lewis T. Chandler (parents), and Debra A. James (daughter). He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Domitila K. Chandler; his children David Kaaihue Oahu, Hawaii, Douglas Chandler (Francis), Grain Valley, Denise VanDyne (Frank), Grain Valley, Dawn Chandler (M. Hasley), Raymore, Darryl Chandler (Wendy), Belton, and husband of Debra James, Paul, and grandchildren. Visitation will be held at the McGilley & George Funeral Home, 12013 Grandview Road, in Grandview, Mo., from 5-7 p.m. on Monday, March 24. Funeral service and interment will be at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, March 25, at the Mt. Moriah & Freeman Funeral Home, at 10507 Holmes, Kansas City, Mo. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society.
